Geely CE concept
In a barrage of preview releases leading to Auto China 2008, Geely has unveiled yet another concept scheduled to make an appearance at the show. Called the Geely CE, little is actually known about this five-door concept, but these press images indicate that it will most likely be a B-segment vehicle for the European market.
The concept's overall styling is simple and robust, with many of the styling characteristics defined by one or two major themes, eliminating many of the 'ornamental' aspects of the detail design. This is especially true at the
side, where a single side feature line - starting from the front fog lamp all the way to the back end of the vehicle - ends up defining rear tailgate surface.
Broad front wheelarches give the vehicle a good stance when viewed from the front, its face featuring a single volume headlamp/grille with an unrefined, yet dominating lower center grille. These elements round up what will likely be a promising design from the Chinese manufacturer.
